Randomly appears on the map. Walk up to it and buy it when it spawns.
What Rainbow Turtle Does
Confirmed Rare map-spawn pet. Buy it for 70k when it appears. Lugs a heavy shell that adds +10 backpack space but slows your walk speed by 2. Spawn chance and exact size/Rainbow scaling are awaiting confirmation.
